If Lord Manvers consent to the enclosure of both parishes simultaneously, I am quite of opinion that the exchanges should be confined to each locality -
Not enter upon the exchange of Laxton & Eakring till the enclosure is completed, then if both proprietors can agree it is probable an exchange can be effected beneficial to all parties -
