Pw A 2251 : Requisition order for oxen and wagons, signed by Prince William of Orange, Exeter; 16 Nov. 1688
upon the 20th day of Novemb[er] + they repaire with such
draught Oxen and Carriages together with Yokes and Lanes
as also some spare Lanes to this City, to attend that
service T; hereby com[m]anding the said Inhabitants to be
obedient to this Our Order as they will answer the
Contrary at their peril. Given at Exceter this 16th day
of Novemb[er] 1688.
