chief men at Court have (given out an) [note to state that paper was torn and words are guessed at]
advertisement, and pretend to have done
all they could to (hinder it) [similar note]. I know
not who they are; only I am told that
one of them is so great a Knave, that
it is not doubted but he is in the design.

action they have known him do these
many years. He said he knew all the
particulars, but cannot discover them
without ruining himself. He is a Lord.
The Lardon bears their Highnesses
owning Fagels Letter; which is taken
notice of all over the Town.
